Salamba Bhujangasana sau postura sfinxului. Este o postura recomandata inclusiv incepatorilor, excelenta pentru incalzire.

Beneficii:

  • Intareste spatele, coloana, pieptul, umerii, muschii abdominali, gatul si bratele
  • Tonifica organismul, contribuie la antrenarea muschilor
  • Elibereaza tensiunea acumulata in partea superioara a spatelui
  • Imbunatateste circulatia sanguina si respiratia
  • Maseaza bland rinichii si stimuleaza glandele suprarenale
  • Activeaza sistemul nervos si functiile nervilor

! Daca sunteti incepator, nu practicati yoga fara indrumarea unui instructor autorizat. Unele asane si respiratii pot avea efecte nedorite.
