Trivikramasana sau postura lui Vishnu. Este o postura avansata, dificila.

Beneficii:

  • Sporeste flexibilitatea si echilibrul
  • Activeaza Svadisthana, chakra sacrala
  • Stimuleaza Muladhara, chakra radacina
  • Intareste toti muschii picioarelor
  • Imbunatateste digestia
  • Reduce tulburarile menstruale sau de menopauza, durerile de cap si insomniile

! Daca sunteti incepator, nu practicati yoga fara indrumarea unui instructor autorizat. Unele asane si respiratii pot avea efecte nedorite.
