  • Stabilizeaza sistemul nervos
  • Confera control asupra nevoii sexuale si asupra functiilor sexuale
  • Stimuleaza chakrele Muladhara si Swadhistana

 

! Daca sunteti incepator, nu practicati yoga fara indrumarea unui instructor autorizat. Unele asane si respiratii pot avea efecte nedorite.
