Jathara Parivartanasana. Jathara inseamna abdomen si parivartana rasucire completa. A nu se practica de catre femeile insarcinate sau in timpul menstruatiei.

  • Stimuleaza intestinul gros si favorizeaza defecarea
  • Are efect calmant asupra corpului si a mintii

! Daca sunteti incepator, nu practicati yoga fara indrumarea unui instructor autorizat. Unele asane si respiratii pot avea efecte nedorite.
