Laghu Vajrāsana

Efecte: 

  • intinde si fortifica musculatura picioarelor, dar si pe cea a spatelui
  • stimuleaza vascularizarea la nivelul capului, sporind creativitatea 
  • stimuleaza functionarea organelor din cavitatea abdominala
  • detensioneaza coloana vertebrala
  • combate oboseala, energizand organismul

 

Daca sunteti incepator, nu practicati yoga fara indrumarea unui instructor autorizat. Unele asane si respiratii pot avea efecte nedorite.
