Ardha bhujangasana

Efecte:

  • Imbunatateste digestia
  • Lucreaza musculatura bratelor si a pieptului
  • Indreapta coloana vertebrala
  • Lucreaza musculatura spatelui
  • Reduce stresul
  • Sporeste concentrarea
  • Reduce gandurile si starile depresive si anxioase

Aceasta postura poarta si denumirea de “jumatate de cobra”, fiind o postura adesea practicata de catre incepatori inainte de Bhujangasana.  

 

! Daca sunteti incepator, nu practicati yoga fara indrumarea unui instructor autorizat. Unele asane si respiratii pot avea efecte nedorite.
