Tittibhasana (postura licuriciului)

Efecte:

  • fortifica bratele si incheieturile
  • detensioneaza spatele, dar si musculatura picioarelor
  • linisteste mintea
  • imbunatateste echilibrul fizic si mental
  • digestia este imbunatatita

 

Daca sunteti incepator, nu practicati yoga fara indrumarea unui instructor autorizat. Unele asane si respiratii pot avea efecte nedorite.
