Aceasta asana este destinata practicantilor cu experienta, de nivel avasat. Practicata de un incepator, fara indrumarea unui instructor cu experienta, aceasta asana poate cauza o serie de efecte adverse.

Daca sunteti incepator, nu practicati yoga fara indrumarea unui instructor autorizat. Unele asane si respiratii pot avea efecte nedorite.
